Not the easiest product to assemble but once we got it put together we really like it. It’s very comfortable and it’s much more stylish than the other similar products available. We made sure to get a cover for it to protect it from the elements even though it’s on a covered porch.Hanging chair is fairly easy to assemble, helps to have someone help you.It is comfortable, but people over 6ft tall may have the head cushion hit them on their shoulders, so you slouch more. I am 6ft tall, and love these chairs. Wide enough to put your elbows out and read.The reason it is not a 5 star is, I’d like to see the cushion be detachable from the frame, and possibly made of a metal construction to hold up to sun.We have 2 of them and going on 3 months and still enjoy them. No signs of wear and we leave them under a tree, so they only get direct sunlight in the early morning.I'll start off by saying that I have had two of the basic Hammaka chairs (air chairs?) for the last couple of years and I thoroughly enjoyed them. I take them inside in the winter months so they don't get too beat up and I have a large plastic heavy duty contractor grade trash bag I put over them in them summer to keep the bird dookie off. I enjoyed them so much I bought the Hammaka trailer hitch stand which I also love. I was waiting for a good price on the deluxe Nami to further improve my experience and I ordered two of these from the outlet. "Condition: Used - Like New - Item has no cosmetic scratches or blemishes. Item has no cracks or dents. Item will come in original packaging. Packaging will be damaged." The boxes I got were totally beat up and re-taped but intact. The chairs looked brand new with the hardware still sealed in the bags and the plastic still on the arms. It took a minute to put together with the four screws and directions provided. The Nami's I received were green and the colors matched and were of the high quality thick foam as the photo depicts (including the footrest). The arms were well varnished and everything was new. After an evening of trying these out I am so happy that I upgraded as they are soooo much more comfortable and easier to get out of. I cannot wait to take the Jeep out this weekend and hang them from my trailer hitch stand and watch the sunset over the Blue Ridge. Oh, and I paid $44 each!!!! One tip as others have mentioned, take the time to put a 1" Phillips wood screw into the ends of the dowels after assembly to keep the ends secured. Don't waste your money on the basic version, save up for this one instead and keep an eye out for outlet deals.I've been buying Hamaka swing/hammock products for 9 years. Here's the thing: they work, they're comfy and easy to set up if you follow the instructions or watch a YouTube tutorial. These swings are left outdoors in the elements so of course they are going to diminish over time. I have to buy a new chair every 2-3 years. When you break that down that's roughly $40 a year to enjoy a great product. I sit in my Nami chair almost every single day and love it! There are things you can do to make it last longer...buy a cover, re-varnish it every 6 months to once a year, change the bolts that come with it for wood screws, etc. Everyone who comes to my home wants to sit in this swing and loves it. I will continue to buy one every 3 years. :-)Super cheap quality, the wood poles go into a circle in the black rope and slips constantlyEasy to put together although you may need to realign the chair by pulling ,adjusting the top lines into proper position.You can also adjust the reclining by shortening the front lines with just knot. Or make it more upright by shortening the back lines.Strong, sturdy and comfortable ,made with good materials except...!I would not consider using it under the sun for extended periods of time. The laminated wood frame would not withstand heat for long nor would the varnish.Just perfect for where mine is placed!This is my favorite place to sit in the backyard! Don’t be alarmed by the clothes pins, they are to hold down the plastic cover I made so the seat doesn’t get sprayed by our lawn sprinkler at night. I wish Hamaka sold a better cover (the reviews for the cover are terrible), but the chair is great. This is the 2nd chair I bought, the first started to look too ratty from the sun and elements after 8yrs. Je ne recommande pas du tout ce produit et aimerais même être remboursé.I had been eyeing this chair for about 2 years since my neighbour has one. Sat in theirs and fell on love with it. It is the most comfortable hammock chair ever! I got it for a phenomenal price off of Amazon and the delivery was quick!!Very comfortable, we are using it inside in the living room.awesomeExcellent produit de grande qualité!
