Easy installation, but this was a gift and a Better picture illustration of the bottom part install would have been really helpful. They did not get the bottom weighted portion so this item was harder to complete. It should have that optional item pictured and included in the box so your customer can complete their installation as they see fit with or without the weighted box.Otherwise, the item is awesome shade, well made, sturdy. A-This offset umbrella has been perfect for us. It is well made and easy to use. We did not utilize the provided base system, so I can't vouch for that, but the umbrella overall is great.This item comes with very little hold down, the photo shows a great weight you do not get that base. You must bolt this down, Would not buy again they need to change the picture so you can see what you get.We love them!!! Sways in the breeze!
